Experimenteren met probleemoplossende strafrechtspleging

Recent startten in Eindhoven, Rotterdam en Amsterdam proeven met probleemoplossende wijkrechtbanken. Deze nieuwe vorm van rechtspraak biedt maatwerk voor verdachten met zogenaamde ‘multiproblematiek’, zodat de mens achter de strafzaak centraal staat, en niet enkel het strafbare feit. In dit programma gaan experts in gesprek over de eerste ervaringen met deze wijkrechtbanken.
